Operations Manager

The OM will provide beginning to end project management for our valued client’s website design and development projects. He or she will play a key role in our web design and development process; keeping our clients up-to-date on project status, discussing and resolving any project issues and assuring client expectations are met. You will develop project plan; including detailed timeline with executables, work with the senior design staff to allocate resources to best complete projects on time and on budget.

SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING ASSISTANT

Description:
The SEM Assistant is responsible for assisting with the production, implementation, and development of our SEM programs for clients. The SEM Assistant will need to work very closely with the Search Engine Marketing Specialist to learn strategy and techniques used to implement search engine optimization programs. This role requires an aptitude for programming and a great understanding of how the internet is utilized.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Assist with reviewing our existing client websites architecture to ensure the site is properly constructed to maximize search engine visibility.
• Works with the SEM Specialist to give recommendations to maximize site traffic for client websites.
• Works with the SEM Specialist on giving our clients accurate and current monthly reports on their traffic and placement.
• Configure and analyze clients website with web site reporting packages such as Google Analytics.
• Conducting extensive keyword research, analysis and selection.
• Implements optimization into clients’ websites
• Link analysis, recommendation and link building activities for clients

Skills:
The candidate must have proficiency in the following:
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
• We are willing to train but experience in natural and PPC Search Engine Marketing Campaigns and an understanding of keyword research tools and techniques is a plus

INSIDE SALES REPRESENATIVE

Specifics
Position responsibilities:
Inside Sales Representative position will be responsible for outbound lead generation for Fasturtle Technologies. Lead generation will be developed thru cold calling, appointment setting, direct mail campaigns and potential networking functions. Inside Sales will also aid in assisting in the development of marketing Fasturtle Technologies and its subsidiaries. It is the responsibility of the Inside Sales Representative to complete a weekly call and sales tracking sheet and turn it in to their manager at the weekly sales meeting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Cold call into prospects generated by outside sources (purchased lists, trade publications)
• Penetrate "targeted" accounts within a vertical market structure
• Identify key players, research and obtain business requirements, and present Fasturtle Technologies solutions to begin sales cycle
• Work closely with Sales Representatives and Director of Sales to create strategy for cold call effort
• Produce and deliver fully qualified opportunities to Sales Representatives
• Ensure strong communication and follow-up by passing lead to Outside Rep. with all designated calls-to-action, follow-up dates, complete profile information, lead source, etc.
• Assist Sales Representatives in closing new business opportunities
